How we work
One team. Two surfaces. Long-term.
Mukoko and Nyuchi Africa share an engineering team — every improvement to the substrate (Digital Twin, Ubuntu Layer, identity, tokens) lifts both surfaces at once. We do not run a permanent funnel. Roles open only when there is real work to do, and we keep teams small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on.
